2）The forming rolls are made of Gcr15 bearing steel, heat‑treated to HRC60‑62 for excellent wear resistance and long life. Every key part is precision‑machined: rolls are CNC‑ground, shafts are hardened and finished to close tolerances, and shear blades are ground for clean, burr‑free cuts.
3）The drive uses electric motors with gear reducers and heavy‑duty chain transmission – simple and reliable.

2）The forming rolls are made of Gcr15 bearing steel and undergo carbonitriding heat treatment to reach a hardness of HRC60‑62, giving them excellent wear resistance and a long service life.
3）Power is delivered by electric motors paired with gear reducers and rugged chain drives – a straightforward setup that keeps maintenance easy.
4）The entire frame and all mounting faces are bored and milled in a single clamping operation, so alignment stays true from the entry guide to the cut-off station. That level of build quality pays off in the finished panels: widths are uniform, edges run straight, surfaces lie flat, and cut lengths hold to ±0.5 mm.

Q: Is this thing a pain to set up and run?
A: Not really. The drive is just motor + gear reducer + chain – simple and easy to troubleshoot. The touchscreen control is straightforward: punch in the length and quantity, hit start, and it goes. Your guy can learn it in a day.
Q: What daily maintenance does it need?
A: Mostly oil levels in the reducers, wipe the rolls down, and check chain tension. All the lube points are easy to reach – no crawling under the machine. We kept it simple on purpose, so you’re not babysitting it all shift.
Q: Will the rolls scratch my coated material?
A: No. The rolls are ground smooth, and the surfaces are polished. We’ve run galvanised and pre-painted coils through – they come out with the finish intact. Burrs on the cut ends are minimal too, so you don’t have to deburr before assembly.
