Overview
The C50-200 Purlin Machine is a purlin roll forming machine built for precision, intended for the manufacture of C-shaped purlins. These purlins are commonly used in solar panel mounting system. This purlin machine accommodates purlin sizes ranging from C50 to C200, covering a web height of 50–200mm, and can handle thicknesses between 1.5 and 3.0mm. It processes Q355–G550 galvanized steel and carbon steel coils, which makes it a good fit for both solar ground mount and solar panel roof mounts systems.
This machine boasts automatic width adjustment, combining computer control with manual fine-tuning. It also includes two independent cutting systems, each designed for specific size ranges, and a powerful hydraulic punching unit for in-line hole punching. The result? High efficiency, dependable accuracy, and minimal upkeep.
