Hydraulic Punching & Universal Cutting System

- Universal cutters for all purlin sizes.
- Cutting length, cutting pieces, and punching can be set on touch screen and all are controlled by PLC system.

Xiamen Beenew’s fully automatic CZ purlin quick change roll forming machine includes: Hydraulic pre-cutter, leveling and guiding unit, lip forming system, web and flange forming system, Hydraulic pre-punch/post-punch system, universal purlin cutting system. The main drive normally is by servo motor with high precision gearbox, its speed is up to 35m/min.
Compared with semi-automatic type, the fully automatic one is much fast speed machine line and also can increase machine performance. Normally one experience worked will only need 1 minute to complete from profile C to Z, also only need 1 minute to change from one size to another.
