2.Main roll forming machine
Machine Frame:The main frame of the machine is welded independently. After surface roto blasting, the outer wall is screw – connected.
Roller Material and Processing:The rollers are made of high – grade No.45 forged steel and processed by digital control.
Shaft Processing:Roller shafts are ground twice by a grinding machine to guarantee the precision of the final product.
Roller Surface Treatment:After being machined by precise machine tools, the rollers are plated with 0.05 – mm – thick hard chrome on the surface, ensuring the long service life of the forming rollers.
3. Hydraulic post cutting
Cutting Mode:It adopts post – cutting. The machine stops during the cutting process
Cutting Blade:The material of the cutting blade is Cr12, which has undergone quenched treatment
Machine Frame:A welded frame is adopted to ensure good rigidity
Cutting Frame Treatment and Tolerance:The cutting frame has been heat – treated to prevent the final product from deforming. The cutting length tolerance is ±2mm.
4. Hydraulic station
It provides power for the hydraulic cutter
