Common Drywall Profile Types

 

To help you understand these drywall profile machine ‘s capabilities, here is an overview of the standard profiles it produces:

 

UW/U Type :Track Profile. Typically used as top and bottom tracks (runner channels) for wall framing.

Common types: UW50, UW75, and UW100.

 

CW /C Type: Stud Profile. For vertical supports.

It’s got a wider web and folded lips to support drywall panels.

CW profiles are important for the stability of the wall.

Common types: CW50, CW75, and CW100.

 

UD/CD Type : UD type is used as perimeter profile while CD type is used as carrying channel.

They used to finish drywall edges and provide structural support at wall ends and corners.

Other types:

F type, as edge profile, used for finishing corners and edges, providing a neat, clean finish. And Z-Furring Channel: used for wall leveling or backing to create a cavity.

Wall Angle / Corner Bead: Used for the protection and decoration of wall corners.

These drywall profile machines deal with galvanized steel ranging from 0.4 to 1.0mm thick. The rollers are made of heat-treated, chrome-plated 40CR steel, which extends the service life and maintains accurate forming. The machine is a changeover type based on spacers, economical and allowing different mold sizes. All electrical components are sourced from well-known brands to ensure quality and reduce failure rates.
