The line includes decoiler, leveling unit, servo feed, hydraulic punching, roll forming station, and flying cut-off. We build them for steel thicknesses from 1.0mm to 3.0mm, with custom punching patterns based on your project requirements.

Unistrut Channel Roll Forming Machine – Like our C-channel lines, our U-channel lines are designed for speed and precision in the manufacture of U-channels. U21*41, 41*41, 41*52, 41*62, 41*72 and 41*82, all these sizes can produces in one machine. The most effective solution is the non-stop punching and cutting type which can reach 30M/ Min. Hole placement is accurate which is important for onsite installation.

Hat Purlin Roll Forming Machine – Different solutions for different production demand. If the production volume requirement is not high, we use a hydraulic stop to punch and shear solution. If the production volume is large, we can use a follow-up punching and shearing solution.

Sigma Profile Roll Forming Line – We offer dedicated lines for customers looking for the strength-to-weight benefits of the sigma profile. These lines produce these shapes with high consistency.

Multi-Profile Systems — For the customer that really needs to produce multiple profiles we offer modular systems with fast changeover die designs that cut changeover time to under 30 minutes. But we only recommend these when they truly fit your production strategy—not as a default option.
