Steel Ball Slide Manufacturing Complete Production Line
This full-automatic production line is professionally designed for 36mm/45mm ball bearing drawer slide manufacturing, integrating roll forming, surface treatment, stamping processing, and intelligent assembly. It realizes the whole-process automated production from raw steel strip to finished drawer slides, with stable output, high precision, and consistent product quality, fully meeting mass production demands of furniture hardware factories.
The whole production line is divided into 4 core modules: rail roll forming & plating, stamping parts processing, component assembly, and finished product output. The detailed process flow is as follows:
Three-Tier Rail Roll Forming & Electroplating System
We are equipped with 3 sets of independent high-precision roll forming machines, respectively producing the core three-layer structure of drawer slides: inner rail, middle rail, and outer rail.

General Assembly Machine,Integrate inner rail assembly parts, middle rail, outer rail, ball cage, steel balls and all plastic/rubber accessories, complete overall assembly of drawer slides in one step.
