Steel Ball Slide Manufacturing Complete Production Line

This full-automatic production line is professionally designed for 36mm/45mm ball bearing drawer slide manufacturing, integrating roll forming, surface treatment, stamping processing, and intelligent assembly. It realizes the whole-process automated production from raw steel strip to finished drawer slides, with stable output, high precision, and consistent product quality, fully meeting mass production demands of furniture hardware factories.

The whole production line is divided into 4 core modules: rail roll forming & plating, stamping parts processing, component assembly, and finished product output. The detailed process flow is as follows:

Three-Tier Rail Roll Forming & Electroplating System

We are equipped with 3 sets of independent high-precision roll forming machines, respectively producing the core three-layer structure of drawer slides: inner rail, middle rail, and outer rail.

Roll Forming Machine,Continuously roll-form raw steel strips into standard profile rails with precise size control, stable molding, and high surface flatness, perfectly matching 36mm/45mm slide specifications.

Electrical Plating Treatment,All formed rails go through professional electroplating surface treatment, which greatly improves anti-rust, anti-corrosion performance and surface smoothness, extending service life of slides.

 

Precision Stamping Press System for Accessories

Independent production of ball cage, the key bearing structure of slides

Batch processing of full set of matching accessories: steel balls, plastic strips, outer stoppers, guide blocks, etc.Stamping parts have high dimensional accuracy, strong structural stability, and fully match the assembly size of three-layer rails.

Full-Automatic Intelligent Assembly Line

The assembly process is fully automated by special assembly equipment, divided into two steps:

Inner Rail Assembly Machine, Complete pre-assembly of inner rail, latches, rivets, realize integrated riveting and fixed assembly of inner rail components.

General Assembly Machine,Integrate inner rail assembly parts, middle rail, outer rail, ball cage, steel balls and all plastic/rubber accessories, complete overall assembly of drawer slides in one step.
