What is a Stacking Machine?

 

Stacking Machine is a highly automated specialized piece of equipment whose core mission is to automatically sort, flip, stack, and align the C-shaped , U-shaped , Z shaped or other shapes of steel bars produced by the cold bending forming machine according to a preset program. Its emergence has completely changed the inefficient and high-risk situation of relying on manual handling and stacking.

Their adoption rate is particularly high in the food, chemical, building materials, and logistics industries. Our company’s Stacking Machine are mainly for C or Z purlins which are used in the photovoltaic and steel structure industries.

 

 

What are the types of Stacking Machine?

 

Our purlin stacker currently has two standard models: 300 and 400.

Model 300 is suitable for purlins with a base width of 140–300 mm, and Model 400 is suitable for purlins with a base width of 140–400 mm.

Of course, in addition to these two standard models, we also accept customized models according to customer requirements.
